Purchase Agreement
| When you join Psychics City Private Members Only site You are agreeing to the following:
You will pay the monthly fee that you agreed on initial sign up every month until you cancel your membership.
Persons wishing to become paid Members of Psychics City must pay any applicable joining or other fees.
Membership is offered at the discretion of Psychics City. Psychics City has the right to accept or reject any application for Membership.
Membership of Psychics City is on a monthly basis. Successful payment of membership fees entitles members access to Psychics City for a period of one month.
You are not permitted to share your membership login/Info with anyone.
Psychics City cannot be held responsible for out of date, offensive or in any way incorrect content or broken links on any third party sites linked to or from the Psychics City website. Psychics City are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your software or hardware (such as your computer) from downloading products from this site.
Every effort is made by Psychics City to ensure all materials are virus free and clear but you should check them yourselves also prior to use or installation. Please ensure you read instructions on any software carefully I.E. If a software says not suitable for Apple Macs.
You will not download, distribute or re-print any copyright material from inside the members area- unless we provide you with consent stating that it is permissible to do so.
You may not distribute, sell, or transmit the software and you are further not permitted to alter, modify or adapt the software, including but not limited to translating, decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or creating derivative works from it without our express written consent.
No responsibility can be accepted for viewers unable to access the site or parts thereof due to technical fault, Internet connection problems or other unforeseen circumstances. We at Psychics City agree to do everything in our power to maintain site avaliability subject to mechanical or power failure. We will attempt to deal with any problems or queries in a timely manner.
You will not berate or harass any other member, flame or otherwise bully them.
You will not attempt to hack the site in anyway, or cause damage.
You will agree to use your own bank account or credit card (or have the owners agreement) to obtain membership to Psychics City. Any attempted fraud or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
We are a happy, peaceful community and do not tolerate any racial hatred or discrimination in any way shape or form.
By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party nor inhibits the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. You agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations and code of conduct and to be solely responsible for all things arising from your use of the Psychics City website.
You agree to provide true, accurate, complete and current information and notify us immediately of any change. You agree not to publish, post, disseminate, distribute or otherwise transmit any defamatory, offensive, infringing, obscene, indecent or otherwise unlawful or objectionable material or information on or pertaining to this site anywhere on the world wide web.
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with British law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.
Psychics City reserve the right to revoke a members membership status immidiatly for violating any of our terms and conditions of service.
We make no claims, promises or guarantees and all material contained is of course subjective according to the individual persons belief system and/ or accepted views.
We will not issue refunds for any remaining month should you decide to cancel your membership.
Psychics City does not offer refunds for memberships paid. Paid members can cancel membership at any time by using the Cancel Membership link, and no membership payment or part thereof will be refunded for payments already made. |
